How does Alchevion evaluate competencies objectively?

Alchevion utilizes the MentisRA platform combined with stateful behavioral simulations and psychometric frameworks, measuring candidate skills in real-world scenarios rather than relying on subjective interviews or self-assessment questionnaires.

What is the MentisRA Stateful Simulation Engine?

MentisRA Stateful Simulation Engine provides interactive, multi-stage workplace scenarios where each decision influences subsequent tasks, allowing organizations to empirically measure candidate problem-solving, stress resilience, and leadership behaviors.
