6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

While we deliver mathematical validation, we make no statutory guarantees that our analytics will generate perfect, error-free hiring selections or eliminate human performance liabilities entirely.

To the maximum threshold permissible under Estonian and European law, Alchevion OÜ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, structural, or downstream financial losses, commercial disruptions, executive termination expenditures, or lost revenue margins arising from strategic corporate talent choices executed based on our diagnostic assessments.
